LB Advisors starts investing in your professional development on day 1 by enrollment in our Mentor Program which provides mentorship from various members of L&B’s leadership team throughout the course of your career. You will receive individualized attention on your career path and the support you need to achieve your goals. Our Mentorship Program Mission is “to provide consistent and effective mentorship to all employees of Lindsay & Brownell by using a tiered mentorship structure focused on developing professional growth from one level to the next.” In addition to our mentorship program, we also provide ongoing professional development opportunities by way of internal trainings, individualized learning paths, external continuing education and networking.

We try to review and respond to all applications as soon as possible. The typical time frame for us to reach out to schedule an interview is 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, because of the high volume of applications that we receive, we cannot reach out to everyone who we do not select for an interview. Yes! All full-time employees are immediately enrolled in our amazing mentor program. Our mentors serve as trustworthy confidants, advocates, and mentors to help guide you along your long-term career development.
We host Live with LB advisors sessions throughout the year, which are always posted on Handshake, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Live with LB is the perfect opportunity to get to know who we are and what we do in a casual setting. We start these meetings with a quick presentation and then open it up for questions and conversation. From student to experienced hire and everything in between, we welcome everyone to these events. We also take part in a variety of on-campus events, so always keep a look out for those announcements on Handshake and your school’s accounting clubs!
Absolutely! We sponsor first-time exam expenses and all study materials through Roger CPA. We also host in office study groups, permit studying during work down-time, grant special PTO for testing time, and extend a CPA bonus if you pass all exams by your 2 year work anniversary.
Currently ~80 (11 A&A, 19 admin, 47 tax) and growing every year!
Nope! If you have an internship that is great experience for you in order to gain more insight into the field, but it is not a requirement that you had an internship to be eligible for a full time position.
